We see you, this Pride and all year round

Happy Pride! It’s important to us that everyone feels safe and welcome at Braintree Village – not just during Pride Month, but all year round. We stand united in Pride with the LGBTQ+ community and against discrimination. We see you. Read on to find out how we’re celebrating Pride 2025 and how we can all support our local LGBTQ+ community.

What's on this Pride

Essex Pride takes place Saturday 21st June in Chelmsford, and you don’t want to miss it! 🌈🎉

You can look forward to the annual Essex Pride March, as well as a huge festival line-up, featuring headline acts Vengaboys, Louisa Johnson, Queenz and La Voix. With a cabaret stage, silent disco, family zone and afterparty, there’ll be something for everyone.

But Essex Pride is more than just a big celebration. It’s an event that encourages the whole community to celebrate diversity, support LGBTQ+ rights, and encourage inclusion throughout Essex and beyond.

Braintree Pride is back for 2025! 🥳

It’s happening on 26th July at Weavers Park from 12pm–6pm. A new, free event, Braintree Pride is a celebration of LGBTQ+ culture, acceptance and equality. Come along and support your local community!
