As a Store Manager you will be fundamental in achieving results and driving performance. You will achieve success through creating a positive, engaging environment for your customers and inspiring your team through great leadership.
Building brand loyalty through delivering a world class customer experience is key, as well taking pride in your store presentation by implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the New Era brand.
About the role:
- Sales – Lead sales and performance, monitoring KPIs and creating an active customer focused environment.
- Analysing reports, trends to create actions to improve store performance. Use your commercial and retail expertise to drive the business.
- Operations – Ensure efficient and effective operational processes to enhance productivity. Maintain exceptional store standards and organisation.
- People Management – Lead, challenge and inspire your team to deliver great results. Create an environment focused on learning, growth, and development. Coaching the team and nurturing talent to ensure the everyone is engaged and achieving their full potential.
- Stock Management – Drive numbers through inventory management, VM, store layouts. Process deliveries accurately, complete stock counts.
- Manage day to day activities.
