Zwillings | Sales Assistant (20hrs)

Job Description

To provide outstanding customer service, support daily store operations, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment in line with ZWILLING’s brand standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and product advice.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Support merchandising, stock control, and store presentation.

• Follow store procedures and quality requirements.

• Work collaboratively within the store team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers and provide information on products and promotions.

• Assist in resolving customer queries and escalate where necessary.

Sales Performance

• Actively engage with customers to maximize sales opportunities.

• Promote loyalty programs and upsell & cross-sell products where appropriate.

Store Operations

• Support cash handling and maintain transaction accuracy.

• Contribute to daily operational tasks including cleaning and restocking.

Inventory and Merchandising

• Ensure products are correctly displayed and replenished.

• Assist in stock takes and reporting stock discrepancies.

Compliance & Safety

Follow quality management procedures as instructed
