Each purchase you make will be securely stored by Guest Services, ready to collect at the end of your visit, or be carried to your car.
PLUS+ Concierge costs just £5 per day for PLUS+ Members. This includes unlimited bags as well as our carry-to-car service!
HOW TO ACCESS PLUS+ CONCIERGE
1. Visit Guest Services with your shopping bags.
2. Complete your payment (£5 for PLUS+ Members, or £10 for non-PLUS+ Members).
3. Return to drop off additional bags at any time during the day.
4. Once you're ready to go home, simply collect your bags from Guest Services, where the team will be happy to help carry your purchases to your car.
